Installed a new 3.5 ton Trane AC system in my home. I got several estimates before selecting Ward’s. Barry Hall was the consultant that did the evaluation of what was needed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to measure the home, the windows, check the insulation in the walls and attic in order to calculate the proper size system that was needed. None of the others were so extensive. He provided different options. He solved a problem we had in our large living room that had a high ceiling and was the hottest room in the house, by enlarging the small existing vent and adding a second vent. The price included replacing the refrigeration lines and the ducts near the air handler. The total cost was $6,021 for a 3.5 ton, high quality Trane Heat Pump system. They did what they promised and were there when they said they would be. I highly recommend.
